How Do I Book?

1. Submit GP referral to info@themoodschool.com.au (PDF is preferred, however a photo of referral is sufficient). 

2. You will be emailed an intake form, which takes around 30 minutes to complete.

3. Intake form will be assessed to confirm suitability for the program.

4. You will be sent a password to access the "Book a Class" page on this website.
